Maximise the benefits of cultural diversity in your workplace
Cultural Competence Program (CCP) is part of the SBS Inclusion Program and consists of two distinct courses, Core Inclusion and Culture. The online training program is aimed at building capability around cultural diversity in the workplace. Each course is made up of films, animations and interviews featuring real stories from a diverse range of people, as well as a wealth of supporting resources.
Businesses
For businesses, the CCP can be delivered to employees via web, LMS or blended learning.
Individuals
Individuals can access the CCP via web browser. The program is a recognised CPD activity for some Australia organisations.
